    A tax ID number for order is unnecessary. Just go to our website, then just single click the photo of the items which you interest.     It is a long history for pearl trading business, However, there still is no widely accepted standardized grading system of pearl, although some specify market use their owned system. but no two pearls are the same, a grading system would need to take hundreds of quality parameters into account. In the same time, the fact remains that some pearls are so distinctive they defy comparison.

  4. Why are pearls given two numbers to describe their size?
    There is a  industry practice to specify the measure of cultured pearls in a necklace by range. For example.  6 to 6 1/2 millimeters, or 7 to 7 1/2 millimeters and so on, That means that pearls range in the strand falls at or between the two sizes given.That this practice usually apply to Freshwater pearl necklaces, which are usually graduated in size.

  5. What is your minimum order and any price discount for the order?

    Pearlstrandwholesale.com sells bulk jewelry. Most pearl wholesale items are sold as a five-piece minimum order. Basically, the total minimum bulk jewelry supply order required for purchase is over US $40 (this amount before shipping).

    As long as if the total amount of your wholesale order is over $2000.00 , we can 3% price discount for you for that order, and 6% price discount for the total amount of one oreder is over $10000.00 !

  7. What is your return policy?
    If the jewelry items you received is a factory-defective item, you may ask a return it for a full refund, credit or exchange. All other returns.

    PLEASE NOTE: you must obtain the RA# within 30 days of merchandise receipt in order to make any returns. Each package must have the RA# clearly printed on the outside of the box or shipping label.

    Unless defective, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings as there are serious sanitary issues and disease transmission concerns associated with returned jewelry.

    Shipping charges should be prepaid unless arranged otherwise in advance. Shipping charges can only be refunded in the case of a manufacturing defect or erroneously shipped jewelry supply product. All sales are final after 7 days.

    Our stategy is supplying our product to some wholer and exporters here for local market, we have not shop and susidary in china, we got our pearl farm, manufacture and showroom in China. We do not attend to HK Jewellry Fair as well, because our products are selling in extreme competive price, we need to save our cost to maintain our pricing strategy!
